Spider provides Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) for enterprise clients operating under GDPR, CCPA, or equivalent regulatory frameworks. DPAs are available on request through the enterprise engagement process.
Spider is designed for deployment alongside regulated brokerage infrastructure. Data flows, retention policies, and access controls are configurable for compliance with FCA, SEC, FINRA, and equivalent regulatory requirements.
Enterprise clients with data residency requirements may request infrastructure configurations that restrict data processing to specific geographic jurisdictions. Available as part of enterprise engagement.
Lifecycle event data processed through Spider is retained with structured audit trail capability. Access logs, event histories, and workflow records are available to enterprise clients for compliance reporting.
Client data retention and deletion policies are configurable in alignment with regulatory requirements. Data deletion requests are fulfilled in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
